Payment Policies:

Orders under $100 require full payment upfront
Orders over $100 require a 50% deposit upfront, with remaining due upon pick up

Pick Up & Delivery Polices:

Balloons are available for pick up the day before your event after 5:30pm or morning of event.
Free delivery for orders over $100 and within 15 miles from 50026. Orders over 15 miles, additional fee of $1 per mile for delivery

Order Changes and Cancellations :

Any changes must be made with at least 7 days notice
Cancellations are eligible for full refund up until 7 days before your event.
Cancellations made within a week of the event are non-refundable
